General Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ppvipz platform and its users. By accessing the ppvipz website or using any of its services, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.
These Terms apply to all users, and any additional guidelines, bonus terms and relevant rules are also considered part of this document. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the ppvipz platform.
ppvipz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform after any change means you have accepted the revised Terms.
Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to create an account on ppvipz and to use any betting or casino services. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. ppvipz may request proof of identity at any time to verify age.
2.2 Registration Requirements
You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering an account. Each person may create only one account. The following details must be correct:
- Full name (as per national identity card)
- Date of birth
- Active mobile number
- Email address (where applicable)
- Payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay)
2.3 One Account Policy
If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and all balances may be forfeited. Multiple accounts cannot be operated from the same household, the same device or the same network.
Account Security and Verification
3.1 Password Security
It is your responsibility to keep your ppvipz account login details completely confidential. Never share your username or password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
ppvipz reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time in the interest of safe and fair operations. The following documents may be requested for verification:
- Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
- Proof of ownership of bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay account
- Additional proof of address (if required)
If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on the ppvipz platform is ৳300 (three hundred taka). All transactions are completed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposits are generally processed instantly.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawals.

4.4 Transaction Security
All financial transactions are secured by SSL encryption. ppvipz does not accept direct transfers to third-party bank accounts. ppvipz reserves the right to suspend transactions in cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
4.5 Transaction Limits
ppvipz may set individual transaction limits at the user's request or in accordance with platform guidelines. These limits may apply as part of the responsible gaming policy.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳22,000 or more receives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance ৳32,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The welcome bonus requires 10x wagering. This means the bonus amount must be wagered at least 10 times before a withdrawal can be made. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has its own validity period — it must be used before it expires.
- A bonus offer can only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise.
- Winnings earned using bonus funds must meet the wagering requirement before being converted to cash.
- ppvipz reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and related winnings may be forfeited.
5.4 VIP Cashback Program
ppvipz has four VIP tiers that offer weekly cashback:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Advancement to a higher tier is possible based on regular activity and usage.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, unless it was accepted incorrectly due to a technical error. Betting decisions are entirely the user's own responsibility.
6.2 Sports Betting
Betting is available on cricket, football, kabaddi and various other sports. Opportunities to bet on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and other international sporting events are available. Betting is settled after the official result is announced.
6.3 Casino Gaming
All casino games are operated to ensure complete neutrality and fair play. Game outcomes are determined by a neutral algorithm. If you wish to raise an objection to a game result, you must contact the support team within the specified time.
6.4 In Case of System Errors
ppvipz will not be liable for any loss caused by a technical error, server issue or network disruption. In such situations, ppvipz reserves the right to void or review bets.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppvipz platform:
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Bonus abuse or gaining advantage through multiple accounts
- Fraudulent activity, hacking or system manipulation
- Attempting to access another user's account
- Betting using automated bots or software
- Operating an account using a fake or false identity
- Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform
- Harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users
Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited.
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 ppvipz Authority
ppvipz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any of these Terms
- Illegal or suspicious activity
- Failure to complete identity verification
- Breach of age requirements
- Court order or legal grounds
8.2 Closure at the User's Request
You may request closure of your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed, provided all wagering requirements have been met and identity verification is complete.
